Disperse dyes have small molecules, do not contain water-soluble groups in their structure, and are uniformly dispersed in the dye solution with the help of dispersants. It can dye polyester fibers, acetate fibers and polyamide fibers, and has become a special dye for polyester.
Disperse dyes can be roughly divided into dispersed orange, dispersed blue, dispersed yellow, dispersed red composition, can be several different disperse dyes according to a certain ratio to match, to get dispersed black, dispersed green, dispersed violet and other disperse dyes.
Disperse dyes in the commodity processing process, in order to make the commodity dyes can be quickly dispersed in the water to become a uniform and stable colloidal suspension, the fineness of the dye particles must reach 1 micron or so, in the sanding process to add dispersant and wetting agent, dispersed dyes post-processing processing is generally sanding, seasoning, spray drying, packaging composition. A lot of additives are used in the post-treatment processing, such as lignin, MF, anti-sinking agent (SOS), dust-proofing agent, dispersant NNO, and metameric powder is also added to adjust the strength.
Disperse dyes are the most important and major category in the dye industry. They do not contain strong water-soluble groups, and are dispersed in the dyeing process for a class of nonionic dyes. Its particle fineness is required to be around 1um. After the original dyestuff is produced, it needs to undergo post-treatment processing, including crystal stabilization, grinding with dispersant and other commercialization processing, in order to produce commercial dyestuff. It is mainly used for the printing and dyeing of polyester and its blended fabrics. It can also be used for printing and dyeing of synthetic fibers such as acetate, nylon, polypropylene, chlorine, acrylic and so on.
